one, where work becomes pure, unfiltered adrenaline.
Hollywood Kart: Speed at Scale
Hollywood Kart is one of the largest indoor electric kart circuits in Europe. Walking into that space,
you immediately feel the energy, the hum of electric motors, the smell of rubber on track, the
sheer scale designed for one thing: speed.
This wasn't a typical corporate shoot. This was non-stop, high-octane action.
Real Champions, Real Performance
Working alongside a professional driver pushing incredible lap times was extraordinary. Watching a
true athlete at work, the precision, the focus, the way they read every turn and extract maximum
performance, reminded me why I love this job.
It's one thing to film someone pretending to be fast. It's another thing entirely to film someone who
actually is.
The Challenge of Filming Speed
Capturing high-speed action indoors is demanding. The lighting changes constantly. The karts move
faster than your eye can track. Every frame had to be timed perfectly to convey not just speed, but
intensity, the G-forces, the split-second decisions, the relentless pace.
It required anticipation, fast reflexes, and getting uncomfortably close to the action.
Behind the Wheel
And yes, I jumped in a kart myself.
There's a massive difference between watching speed and feeling it. The acceleration. The braking
forces. The way the track rushes at you faster than your brain can process.
It gave me a whole new appreciation for what these athletes do. And it was ridiculously fun.
