When Costruzioni Generali Gilardi, one of Italy’s top construction and
engineering firms, entrusted us with documenting the maintenance
operations at the legendary Juventus Stadium in Turin, we knew we were
about to embark on something truly special.
This colossal, futuristic structure — home to one of the most iconic football
clubs in the world — is not only a sporting temple, but also a marvel ofarchitectural and structural engineering. Capturing its behind-the-scenes
upkeep meant entering a world normally hidden from public view.
We followed a team of specialists during spectacular high-altitude operations
— suspended both inside and outside the stadium’s immense framework —
as they inspected and maintained the massive steel cables, tension rods,
and structural joints that keep the entire complex standing strong.
Filming these tasks from such unique perspectives wasn’t just visually
powerful — it was a lesson in precision, coordination, and respect for the
monumental scale of modern construction. Every shot had to convey the
adrenaline, the technical complexity, and the sheer visual drama of working
dozens of meters above ground, surrounded by the architecture of a world-
renowned arena.
This project enriched our experience in construction and engineering
